Policies
Before You Board
These are a summary of our most common boarding policies. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please review your Boarding Agreement for complete details prior to your reservation.

Booking & Payment
Payment is required in advance to reserve your dog's stay. Because we maintain a small boarding capacity, reservations are not held without payment.

Drop Off & Pick Up
Drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment during our scheduled time windows. Appointments outside of these windows may be subject to a $25 convenience fee.
Appointment times are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so please confirm promptly after booking. Delayed confirmation may require an alternate appointment, convenience fee, or an additional night of boarding.
Monday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am - 12:00pm
Wednesday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 12:00pm
Friday: Appointment Only, Convenience Fee Applies*
Saturday: 10:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday: Appointment Only, Convenience Fee Applies*
* Need a Friday, Sunday, or outside-window drop-off or pickup? Book your boarding first using the closest available time, then add the After-Hours Boarding Drop Off/Pick Up Service. We will contact you to confirm the exact appointment time.

Cancellations & Reservation Changes
Board & Train reservations are non-refundable. Boarding and Board & Review reservations cancelled or modified at least 24 hours in advance will receive a credit toward a future boarding stay (no cash refunds).
Clients receive a booking confirmation and reminder before their stay. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees.
Because your reservation is held exclusively for your dog, unused prepaid boarding days from early pick-ups are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Health Requirements
Dogs must have current vaccination records (or acceptable titer testing), remain on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and owners must disclose any medical conditions or medications before boarding.

Boarding Eligibility & What To Bring
Our $50/night boarding rate is available to established Good Lead clients whose dogs have completed one of our training programs. Space is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dogs must be crate trained to board. If your dog isn't crate trained, we're happy to teach those skills through one of our Board & Train programs.
Please bring:

Maybe! Dogs are only introduced to other boarding dogs if they are a good match in temperament, play style, size, and energy level. Not every dog enjoys group play, and that's okay.
We use a structured rotation system throughout the day, allowing dogs to safely enjoy time outdoors, relax inside the house, and interact with compatible dogs when appropriate. Our priority is creating a safe and comfortable experience for every dog, not forcing socialization.
Dogs sleep comfortably in their crates as part of our structured boarding routine. Because dogs are resting in a new environment, crates help provide consistency, safety, and a quiet place to relax.
All boarding dogs must be crate trained prior to their stay unless they are enrolled in a Board & Train program specifically designed to work on crate training.
Our boarding room is fully climate-controlled and monitored 24/7 with cameras and temperature sensors so we can ensure dogs remain safe and comfortable throughout their stay.
We send daily video updates throughout your dog's stay so you can see how they're doing while you're away.
Many clients tell us these updates are their favorite part of boarding because they get to see their dog playing, relaxing, training, or enjoying time around the property rather than simply receiving a written report.
Because we maintain a very small boarding capacity, every reservation blocks space that could otherwise be offered to another family.
To reserve your dog's spot, payment must be received in advance. Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been completed.
At this time, we do not offer transportation services. All boarding drop-offs and pick-ups take place at our home by appointment during our scheduled time windows. This allows us to spend more time caring for the dogs in our home and keep our schedule running smoothly for every client.
Our scheduled drop-off and pick-up windows are designed to create a calm, consistent routine for every dog in our care. As a boutique, family-owned boarding program, we intentionally limit the number of dogs we host so each guest receives personalized attention, enrichment, training, and plenty of one-on-one care throughout the day. Keeping arrivals and departures within scheduled windows allows us to stay fully present with the dogs already in our home. If you need an appointment outside of these hours, we're happy to accommodate whenever possible. Because these appointments require us to interrupt the daily routine and adjust our schedule, an after-hours convenience fee applies.
Yes! We offer home tours by appointment. Because this is our private home where we personally care for and monitor dogs overnight, scheduling in advance allows us to give you our full attention while maintaining a calm routine for the dogs in our care.
